FACILITATOR TRAINING
This program has been developed by Careforce's Board of Management whose members are qualified in the areas of social work, psychology, teaching and theology. The curriculum aims to lay a sound information base in behavioural, emotional, and spiritual aspects of Recovery. Practical group work with development of related skills is a strong component of this course, designed to offer key insights into why people struggle and how to bring hope and help in a supportive group setting. Great training for all small group leaders.
It is recommended that those undertaking the Facilitator Training have previously participated in another LifeKeys course.
Date: Monday evenings for 7 weeks. Date TBC for 2012.
